Terms and conditions

• These terms apply to everyone who visits this website, watches the stream, joins the chat, or ends up here by accident through a friend’s link.
• They also apply to anyone who has not read them. Especially to that person, really.
• If in doubt whether something falls under these terms: it does.

• We are liable for nothing. For nothing at all. For absolutely nothing.
• Not for lost coins, not for lost battles, and not for lost nights.
• Not for the fact that you watched "just a bit longer" at 1 a.m. and were still watching at 4:30.
• Not for jokes that did not land, and certainly not for jokes that did.
• Not for your neighbours’ wifi, your battery percentage, or your mother’s opinion about any of this.
• Not for a crooked back from sitting badly during a double.
• And, to be safe, not for anything not mentioned above either.

Should there ever turn out to be something we are liable for, it applies that we are not liable for that.

• Everything you send, you send voluntarily, cheerfully, and without expecting a return.
• Coins are not an investment. Anyone who treats them as one is kindly referred to a book.
• A gift entitles you to gratitude, a shoutout and a warm feeling. Not to a say in the programming.
• There are no refunds. Not even if you "did it by accident". Least of all then.

• Announced times are an intention, not a promise. "At 8 p.m." means somewhere between 8 p.m. and the moment it actually starts.
• A stream may end early, start late, or suddenly turn into something else entirely, without any reason given.
• "One more battle" is not a unit of time but a state of mind.
• The content may go off the rails without warning. That is not a fault in the service, that is the service.

• Be kind. It costs nothing and it works.
• Trolls get removed, not fed.
• Capitals are allowed, but anyone TYPING IN CAPITALS carries the burden of proving it was necessary.
• The moderator is always right. If the moderator is not right, the previous sentence applies.
• Asking how old CrazyRoubla is for the ninth time is permitted but discouraged.

• Results are final, even when they feel unfair.
• Especially when they feel unfair.
• Protests may be filed in the chat, where they will be read with great understanding and then ignored.
• Winning a battle does not stop you being an ordinary person. We will remind you if needed.

• Anyone may apply. That is the beauty of it.
• An application will be answered, unless it is not.
• "I am very active in the chat" is a motivation, but not the strongest one we have ever read.
• Anyone hired receives the collective agreement. It is every bit as strict as this document.

• Wifi dropping out counts as force majeure.
• An empty phone counts as force majeure, unless it is the third time this week.
• "I forgot" is not force majeure, but is rarely punished in practice.
• If the site does not work, the site does not work. That usually passes by itself, like most things.

• These terms may be changed at any moment, without notice, without consultation, and if necessary mid-sentence.
• The amended version applies retroactively to whichever date suits us.

To be clear: this is a joke. CrazyRoubla is a streamer, not a company, and this document is not a legal agreement. Nothing here can be relied upon, in any direction.

What it is really about fits on one line: watch along, join in, and never send more than you can comfortably do without.
